Placing Orders

Payment Methods
Online orders currently are taken by credit card only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express
Charges that are not disputed within 30 days are considered to be accurate
and accepted. Payment terms are net 30. Overdue invoices are subject to
the maximum allowable interest charges.
To use Checks/Money Orders, Purchase Orders or Roylan Chiropractic
Account, please contact a customer service representative.
Shipping & Handling
The Following only applies to U.S. Shipping & Delivery. All shipping
charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to your
invoice.
Same Day Shipping
Orders for stocked merchandise received by 12:00p.m. CST Monday through
Friday will be shipped the same day via commercial ground carrier.
Rush Delivery
If you need an order right away, you may opt for next-day air or second-day
air delivery. Charges for this service are as indicated.
Ship from Factory
Some products are shipped direct from the factory or are made to order.
These will normally be shipped within 4 weeks.
Oversized/Overweight
Items identified as "oversized/overweight" require additional
shipping and handling charges which will be indicated in your shopping
cart.
Partial Deliveries: When orders list several items, some of which
are not in stock at the time of the order, we will fulfill and charge
the portions available including shipping based on order value. Subsequent
backordered items will not include additional shipping charge.
Additions to Freight Table: Due to escalating fuel surcharges from our freight carriers, we are now forced to pass on a fuel surcharge for all orders.
$1.50 Fuel Surcharge will be added in addition to applicable shipping charges
Damaged Goods
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged... Note damage
on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Contact
the Roylan Chiropractic Customer Service Department within 5 days of
receipt at
1-866-472-4476 to start processing an insurance claim. An order will be
entered at that time to replace the merchandise. Save the
container and merchandise for inspection.
Returns
Call the Returns Department at 1-800-323-5547, Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CT for a returned goods authorization number (RGA
number). Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send
package to Sammons Preston, W68N158 Evergreen Blvd., Cedarburg,
WI 53012. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items
must be returned within 30 days of receiving RGA number. Sorry, no
returns will be accepted after 90 days elapse. For health
reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene
and mouth stick products. In addition, we cannot accept books, computer
software and videos that have been removed from original packaging. If you receive
merchandise as a result of a Roylan Chiropractic error, we will pay
for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
For all
other returns, we will credit your account for returned
merchandise, minus the required restocking fee, once merchandise has been
received, inspected and confirmed to be in resellable condition. Credits
will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The
customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item
during its shipping back to Roylan Chiropractic. Initial freight charges
are not credited. All credits must be redeemed within 180 days. All returns
must have an RGA number (returned goods
authorization number can be obtained from our Returns Department--see
above). All unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and
a $10 administrative charge. All returns
must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition.

Restocking Fees:
- Under 30 days: No restock fee on items shipped UPS. 15% of price of
returned items on truck shipped items
- 30-60 days: 25% of price of all returned items
- 61-90 days: 50% of price of all returned items
sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days elapse. Credits
for returns are issued only to original purchaser. No cash
refunds issued for under $25.00. Credit balance will be applied to future
purchases made within 180 days.
Pricing
All pricing represented on this site is "professional" pricing
but is also available to the general public. If you have contract or specially
negotiated pricing, please call customer service to place your order.
note: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing
seen on this webisite, Roylan Chiropractic reserves the right to change
prices without notice.
Sales Tax & Exemptions
If the facility receiving the merchandise is in a state or locality that
normally charges tax, and you are exempt from tax, please fax or mail
a copy of your exemption certificate or resale certificate with your payment. Your
sales tax will then be credited and exempt for all future orders. If your
facility is not in such a state or locality, please submit use tax directly

At Roylan Chiropractic we respect your privacy. Whether you visit our
web site, request information, place an order, or e-mail us, your personal
information is handled with your privacy and security in mind.
Information Collection and Use
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors
to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us
via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey
and/or site registrations. We use cookies to store visitors preferences,

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web
page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each
individual visitor or to communicate regarding orders placed on-line.

third parties, however may be shared with other Patterson
companies. From time to time, we may use customer information for new,
unanticipated, lawful, legitimate business purposes uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at
some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site
as a notification to these changes.
Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes
other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us
via e-mail, phone or fax. If you do not want to receive e-mail or mailings
from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us via e-mail,
phone or fax.
Limited Product Warranty
Roylan Chiropractic warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment. OTHER THAN
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, ROYLAN CHIROPRACTIC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT.
Customer must notify Roylan Chiropractic of any manufacturing defect
within five days of discovery of the defect. Upon a determination by Roylan Chiropractic that the product is defective, Roylan Chiropractic sole
and exclusive obligation shall be to provide customer with a replacement
product or a full refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion
of Roylan Chiropractic, and to reimburse customer for any return freight
costs. In no event shall Roylan Chiropractic be liable for any other
costs or expenses including lost profits or direct, indirect, consequential,
incidental or punitive damages. In the event the product includes a warranty
card or extended warranty from the manufacturer, customer's sole recourse
under such warranty shall be against the manufacturer. The warranty set
forth herein shall govern all purchases, notwithstanding any inconsistent
terms and conditions of customer's purchase order.
